Urgent requirement for HR/IR Manager position with renowned manufacturing organisation.  Below mentioned is minimum criteria required for HR/IR Manager:  Qualification : MBA/MPM/PGDBM HR or IR with minimum 8 to 12 years of experience  - Work Experience required in Heavy fabrication industry.  - Good personality & self-confident.  - Implement HR practices pertaining, recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, counselling, salary and wages, statutory requirements, contracts, etc.  - Having functional knowledge of IR and disciplinary proceedings and handling Union issues.  - Generate monthly and annual MIS and maintain appropriate system for measuring HR effectiveness.  - Liaise with other departmental / plant heads so as to understand all necessary requirements of HR support at plant.  - Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.  Location : Indapur
