About Our Client :

Our client is a large global pharmaceutical organization, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. With a revenue size of US 1bn+, they are leading manufacturers of a life saving drug, currently present in about 50+ countries.

They set up their captive centre in India in 2010 and are currently expanding in the local market. They are thus looking to hire an HR Generalist for their office in Mumbai.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Head HR :

- The appointee will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the India leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are met

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating local HR issues and solutions as appropriate

- To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Ensure high quality services, resulting in global employee satisfaction and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality

- Ensure close interaction with global offices to understand requirements and customize services accordingly

- Support a growing team of diverse IT, Finance, Analytics and HR professionals

- Utilize established processes, or create new processes, for key functions, including but not limited to Talent Management and Development, Talent Acquisition HR Compliance and HR Policy Execution

The Successful Applicant :

- The successful candidate must carry 8-10 years of relevant experience and hold a MBA in Human Resources.

- You must also have a proven track record in areas of HR generalist activities like performance management, compensation & benefits, policy formulation and talent management.

- A positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment are must-haves. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are highly sought after.
