Job Purpose Statement
- Pro-actively understanding and supporting the requirements of the business as an HR business partner and controlling the HR operation processes.
- Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy
Duties & Responsibilities
- Transfer: Defining the process & ensuring its proper implementation PAN India. Periodically reviewing the process. Overseeing that all transferees receive the letter and intimation if their movement well in advance & also ensured that the same is updated in SAP.
- DMS Project (Document Management Software): Defining the process & ensuring its proper implementation PAN India. Overseeing scanning all employees personal files and maintain in soft docs.
- Payroll: Ensuring proper linkage between HR & payroll. Periodically reviewing the process. Overseeing all payroll inputs are processed as per timelines.
- Attendance: Laying down the attendance process. Ensuring all employees PAN India adheres to the laid down process. Creating leave calendar PAN India basis. Overseeing all companies- attendance is sent ahead for pay process as per set guidelines.
- Org Structure: Overseeing the maintenance of org structure as per guidelines. Overseeing timely issuance of position ID for replacements & new recruits.
- User Training: Ensuring User training for all end users.
- SAP - New module implementation & existing module enhancement. Ensuring existing SAP module enhancement.
- MIS: Creating various trackers & MIS. Overseeing all monthly MIS are sent to the senior management on time.
- Audit: Setting a audit mechanism to ensure that all data is audited as per timelines to maintain its accuracy.
- Developing Process heads/HR associates to take new roles & responsibilities.
- GRC & Solman validations & approvals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for the delivery of Compensation-related processes monthly, including processing of Incentives Mthly/ Qtly / or any special incentive, Leave Encashment, statutory bonus cycles are run smoothly, ensure all compensation activities are undertaken correctly accurately and as per timelines.
- We need a person who has worked on HR process like confirmation, transfer, attendance, payroll inputs, F& F settlement & compensation revisions and some exposure to statutory and not Recruitment, PMS, EE.
- Exposure to system knowledge required - SAP/ Success factor.
Salary offered: 8 - 14 LPA
