Job Title : HR - Generalist (Manager) Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years Qualification: MBA (HR) Location: Tamilnadu 1. Must have 6+ years of Experience in working with Manufacturing Plant on end to end HR Operations. 2. Good Exposure in Handling larger Employee Headcounts and must take care on their Payroll related activities. 3. Must have hands on experience across Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Learning &amp; Development etc. 4. Must have good knowledge on End-to-End Plant HR Operations and handling Employees Statutory Compliance. 5. Must have complete exposure on the Recruitment process and supporting with all department heads on various Hiring of Talents. 6. Hands on Experience in implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS). 7. Willingness to work 6 Days in a week.
