Job Description : (Noida Location)
- Create Strategies for Manpower Planning, Recruitment Budgeting Implementing Recruitment Strategy
- Ensuring adherence to matters of HR compliance and Updating the management for new Compliance or any changes in current act
- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed
- Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development and retention.
- Create employee awareness about the company policies, Statutory Calendar
- Identifying Training Needs, Training Budget
- Maintaining Various MIS for analysis
- Create a Employee Data Analysis and PMS systems in the organization
