Exp- 9-13 Years (In HR Generalist Profile + HRBP Role- Mandatory Skills- Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, Compliances, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management)

Company- Any Big Consulting/ MNC organization

Qualification- MBA (Full Time )

- As an HRBP, you would be handling day-to-day HR issues and ensuring that all HR processes are implemented and followed up according to companies policies.

Partner with line managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes and personnel issues:

- Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding

- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and talent management

- Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology

- Support target setting and performance management process

- Develop and implement plans for competence development on technical and behavioral areas esp. leadership development, communication etc.

- Cooperation and collaboration with HR at Headquarters

- Support in building a culture of diversity and inclusion

- Develop a team of specialists in the areas of recruitment and talent development
