The primary business is in Foodgrains.  Job description :  The role would involve the following activities :  - HR Business partner role  - Working on L&D initiatives for the corporate as well as regional management staff  - Working on initiatives to develop the young talent in the organisation to scale up over a period of time and handle critical management positions  - Developing a L&D and TM framework for the organisation  - Conceptualisation, Calenderisation and Implementation of the L&D calendar in the organisation.  - Take part in the annual PMS reviews.  The above points are not exhaustive in nature and the candidate should be open to being exposed to different functions of HR.  Any incumbent who comes into this role is expected to scale up over a period of time into the next level.  Candidates from premier B Schools in HR like XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD / MHROD/ MDI / SIBM etc. would be preferred.  Total Years of Experience ( Post MBA ) cannot be more than 7 years.  Compensation is open for the right candidate.
