Job Profile:

- Responsible for handling all the facets of HR Generalist role like Manpower planning, Recruitment strategies, Headcount forecast and Budgeting, Hiring/Sourcing process, Selection methods, Training and Development, Performance appraisal and management, Learning and development initiatives etc

- HR Strategy formulation

- Designing Organization chart

- Recruitment and selection process

- Training and Development

- Learning and Development

- Performance Management system

Desired Profile:

- Full time MBA graduates with minimum 8-10yrs of work experience in HR domain especially in a HR generalist role. Candidates from FMCG industry is preferred.
