Manager - HR Generalist - Financial Consulting

We have an urgent requirement for Manager - HR (Generalist) for one of our clients, which is a Financial Consulting MNC, for their Mumbai location.

Position: Manager - HR (Generalist)

Reporting To: Associate Director

Location: Mumbai

No. of positions: 1

Role :

- Generalist HR role for Mumbai location of 900+ people consisting of MBA's & CA's.

- Preferably from Professional Services Background or BFSI.

- Strong in Performance Management, Talent Management & Employee Engagement Activities.

- Excellent team player. Should be able to manage a team.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of stable experience with currently managing a span of 500+ employees.

Qualification: MBA (HR) from a good institute.

Salary Range: 15 Lacs to 18 Lacs p.a.
