Manager - HR Generalist (PAN India)
Company: Growing ecommerce company
Workdays: 5 days a week plus 2 alternate Saturdays
Scope Of Work:Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You- ll undertake a wide range of HR generalist tasks. You will use Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure all employee records are up-to-date, confidential and actively do HR analytics. You- ll also act as the main point of contact for employees- grievances on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities :- Acquire talent for various positions across India
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Organize employee performance reviews and undertake tasks around Compensation & Benefits
- Actively do HR analytics - gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing team building activities and implementing best practices
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
Requirements :- Total experience of 7 - 8 years in any Start-up/ BPO/ Ecommerce/ FinTech/ Consumer Durable/ IT/ Telecom company will be an advantage
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist Manager/ AM who has worked in a setup of at least 1000+ people
- Good understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and hiring techniques. Be able to guide others in the HR department.
- Good knowledge of employment laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. DarwinBox) will be a plus
- Good HR analytics skills
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Strong personality, mature, logical thought process
- Able to work in an unstructured agile work environment
- Be able to manage leadership expectations and deal with work pressure
- Able to quickly adapt to change
- Willing to work for 5 days a week plus 2 alternate Saturdays
