They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to come on board as HR Manager and manage the employee life cycle end to end.
Job Description - Job Specification:
- Reporting into the HR Head,you will be responsible for- Managing campus recruitment for the organization and be the employer branding for the business - Execute HR strategies, which support Business goals.
- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of Diagnostics,Competency Mapping,Clearly defining Roles,establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined
- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers TM Process Implementation and flawless execution,Talent Mapping (Internal and External),Career discussions and Development planning with Line Manager,Strategic Recruitment,Workforce planning,Talent road map,Succession management
- Support Business Leaders on the Performance Management program and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies.
The Successful Candidate - You should have 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist with focus on Talent Management and Organizational Development.You should have had good exposure in campus recruitment. Tier 1 MBA candidates would be given high preference.
