Recruitment: - Identifying and projecting requirements along with the reporting manager, posting job requirements on various job portals, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages within the given budget. - Employee Onboarding: Communication between internal departments, emailing offers, conducting background checks, inducting and welcoming employees. - Documentation: Preparing offer letters, full and final settlements letters, appraisal letters, monthly salary slips for employees, etc. - Attendance and Leave Management: Tracking employees' attendance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. - Employee Grievances: For all levels, entry to topmost management. - Performance Tracking and Management: Closely monitoring utility and tracking productivity of employees regularly. - Payroll: As per the employee attendance data along with Finance. Employee Engagement and Employee Initiatives: - Preparing and executing a yearly engagement calendar with the given budget as well as finding and introducing new HR practices to enhance the company culture. - Training and Development: Identifying areas for development and introducing training programs regularly. - Employee Offboarding: Conducting exit interviews and completing exit formalities. - Other miscellaneous tasks
