Manager HR Generalist for an MNC Banking BPO in Hyderabad.
Job Description :
To support HR BUSINESS PARTNER in designing and implementing specific HR policies. Overall accountability for all HR related operations matter, including compensation & benefits, talent development and management, performance management, employee relations, HR communication.
Work with business partners to ensure completeness of employee review process (mid-term and year-end), facilitate the calibration process and work around building a pool of key talent
Work with the business to facilitate the roll out and implementation of career paths
Provide managers with guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures and other people related matters
Ensure effective handling of relocations, movements, transfers and promotions through communication, database updates and compensation. This includes overseeing and managing the
Expatriate Management team and to ensuring that proper guidelines and procedures are adhered.
Build and foster a good working relationship with HR Business partners, HR communities, third party service providers, related external bodies and local authorities
Ongoing collaboration with HR business partners in rolling out an HR communication strategy based upon business needs
To provide a clear understanding of HR Policies and procedures to all stakeholders
Liaison with other HR colleagues within group on best practices and policies.
Candidate Profile :
MBA HR with 4-10 year work experience. Majority in HR and currently working with an MNC IT / BPO as a Manager HR Generalist.
Male Candidates only with Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
Good analytical ability and ability to interpret numbers
Able to work under pressure and within appropriate deadlines
Ability to multitask
Excellent telephone etiquettes
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
Good decision making skills and proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency.
Should be open for occasional UK shifts.
