- Build and manage HRIS capable of handling an employee base of 1 lakh employees, scalable to 3 lakh - Proactively identifies opportunities for HR automation, integration and validation to improve efficiency, reduce errors and enhance employee experience - Drive Enhancement of HRIS basis business processes and procedures - Build and manage all HRIS upgrades, testing and implementation projects - Identify and implement new HR IT solutions in line with best practices and organizational needs - Work with internal IT team to produce Business requirements documentation - Be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of HRIS delivery to ensure adherence to processes and SLA's - Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities Candidate Profile: - 6+ Years in HR - Experience in creating HR Tools and software for HR Business problems - Specialist in HR processes and have 4-5 years of relevant working experience with HRIS, digitization and automation projects - HRIS Implementation experience, adept at understanding business requirements and translating into HR technology solutions MBA is highly preferred
