Job description:

- Work with partners/directors and lead teams for projects in people and functions development, learning and development, change management, organization development, general administrational HR processes, and HR systems integration.

- Lead and supervise planning, generating information/data requests, business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful HR recommendations and solutions.

- Lead the co-ordination with cross-function teams to develop and coordinate project planning and communications.

- Coach and mentor associates on and off engagements to deliver on high impact deliverables consistently

- Participate in staffing, resourcing, recruiting and other practice building activities in addition to engagement delivery

- Proactively identify and track key risks, project KPIs, opportunities, etc. and incorporate these into project planning and development.

- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously to support hypotheses generation, structured data analysis and problem resolution

Skills:

The candidate should

- have led teams on client engagements in multiple areas of HR management

- have a thorough understanding of key concepts and principles related to organization design, stakeholder analysis, culture assessment, workforce planning and optimization, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development and change management.

- have knowledge and experience in deployment of HR tools and methodologies supporting workforce management, recruitment and career planning, learning and development, creating training modules, etc.

- have project management experience in organizational change, stakeholder assessment, company integrations, HR systems implementation, HR processes & policies design or similar scale projects.

- have strong business acumen, with ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization.

- have strong analytical, report-writing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality client service.

- have strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment

- good to have working knowledge of Articulate, Captivate, UPK, or other content authoring tools

- foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

- MBA / Masters or equivalent in related field with a specialization in HRM

- 7-9 years- experience in Consulting (preferably in People practice, HRM, Change Management teams, or related areas)
