- The candidate needs to be hands on in HR compliance. Extensive experience in the same is mandatory.
- Will be required to handle PF, ESI, Statutory compliance, bills checking etc.
- Will be involved in vendor management
- The incumbent will be responsible for PF transfers and coordination for the same for employees.
- Maintain accurate data for all statutory compliances in coordination with compliance team.
- Must have a good team spirit and will also be interacting with employees for any issues.
- Experience in the real estate sector would be an added advantage
Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
