Candidate should have sound understanding & experience into Statutory Compliance, Labor Law Compliance along with complete HR Operations role. Experience in Payroll processing would be an added advantage with excellent Communication skills.

To manage the payroll process for all ensuring accuracy, timely execution and adherence to the Local Labor Laws and company policy & procedures.
- This includes all payroll related reporting as required including and not limited to salary registers/summaries and statutory reporting.
- Coordination with Payroll vendor and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Be the main point of contact for legal compliance.
- To prepare Workforce Analytic monthly report for India Operation Management.
- Maintenance of the HR Information Systems (Work Day /Leave System) which includes and is not limited to monitoring & updating employee data, compensation data, manager hierarchy, and annual leave / absenteeism.
- Manage & prepare all HR related correspondence, including and not limited to salary certificates, bank letters, and promotion/transfer letters in a timely & accurate manner.
- Maintain all personnel files for the India Office ensuring accurate information & filing in accordance with Local labor laws and company policy / procedures.
- Maintain and close all filings pertaining to labour department requirements and ensuring the labour compliance vendor adheres to all such required completions
- Maintain the forms folder ensuring up to date forms are available at all times and added to the intranet as and when required/needed.
- Oversee all internal and external compliance related communications and networking.
- Establish best practice compliance processes for sharing and communicating internally and to the organization.
- Analyze client compliance programs and determine the best strategy and means to minimize risk.
- Establish internal and external network of Indian Labor Law advisory sources for in scope.
- Facilitate training of the HR Service Centre employees on latest employment legislation and case law.
- Be responsible for SOX control, review policies on regular basis, assess monitor operational risk.
- Actively plan business continuity for the Global Service Center.
- Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, takes appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
