Job Description :
- Play a lead role in employee and organizational development, create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within the Organization, spearhead changes in systems and processes by adapting industry employee related best practices, facilitate vertical and lateral career growth paths for employees.
- Create, mentor and lead an effective team. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients. Be prepared to innovate and actively seek out-of-the-box solutions to redesign and strengthen the company's human resources systems to allow bench marking.
Key Result Areas :
Business Partnership - Candidate will be responsible to support 2-3 business units typically with an employee base of 1000 employees in activities relating to :
- Employee Communication and Engagement
- Employee Retention
- Employee Connect
- Reporting key talent metrics
- Ensure uniform Service delivery and customer experience for employees, managers and business unit heads
- Focus on creating value for the business units supported through identifying key talent goals from annual operating plans, consistent deployment of Performance management system, identification of unit specific projects/ initiatives/interventions managing the touch points of an employee life-cycle
