Manager - HRBP & Talent Acquisition

HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Position Overview:


As a Manager HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, providing strategic HR support, and leading talent acquisition efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition(major experience in Talent Acquisition), particularly in the Pharma, Life Science, or Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

2. Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top talent in line with business requirements.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

4. Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to anticipate talent needs and address skill gaps.

5. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

6. Implement and drive HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support a positive work culture and employee engagement.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree

2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner and in Talent Acquisition roles within the Pharma, Life Science, or Manufacturing industries.

3. Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and talent market trends.

4. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
