Manager - HRBP - Leading Steel Manufacturing Company
Looking for a Manager - HRBP with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Should come with experience working in a factory setup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with business leaders to assess needs; designing, delivering & evaluating HR initiatives, enabling them to achieve business objectives & reflect best practices; analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Implementing diverse HR initiatives & policies; managing the activities of Employee Engagement
- Spearheading & managing the Talent Acquisition for the Business
- Ensured Manpower Planning and Deployment as per the requirement resulting in zero loss of productivity
- Managing the statutory inspection and ensure timely compliance & submission of reports under State & Central Act.
- Complied as per All Labour Laws and ensure timely renewal of each licences & submission of all periodic Returns.
- Handling all legal cases and litigations through coordination with advocates and proper documentation.
- Maintain effective relation and establishing rapport with all statutory authorities / stakeholders to get the work done.
- Visit and attend the meetings with government officials, local bodies, opinion makers and Political leaders.
- Ensure all statutory compliances by the Contractors (licenses, returns, agreement) and timely submission of bills.
- Maintained all the registers, notices & abstracts under CL(R&A) Act,1970.
- Regular monitoring on working environment conditions and accordingly implementation of all welfare measures.
- Devise and implement systems and procedures for regulating the entry/ exit, and timely payment to Contract Labour.
- Timely redressal of Contract Labour grievances regarding wages, canteen etc.
- Maintained proper gate pass system and conduct pre-employment health checkup for fitness.
- Taking care of all social security schemes like mandatory PF & ESI coverage before entry inside the gate.
- Ensure timely deposition of PF & ESI and cross check the challans before bill passing of every month.
- Annual Skill mapping done for all contract labours through skill radar chart and accordingly their skill level upgraded.
