ROLE :
MBA - 6-8 YRS EXP
CTC: UPTO 20 Lacs
- Manpower Budgeting Planning and Talent Acquisition
- Strategic Manpower planning in respect to Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention
- Assisting the management in the formulation of the annual manpower Plan in line with the business plan
- Developing, Implementing and maintaining Hiring strategies and action plans for smooth, timely acquisition of talent within the agreed Cost, Quality, Volume and Time parameters.
- Industry mapping to identify & create a potential talent pool.
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring for positions across businesses
- Ensuring Proper source mix with appropriate utilization of all the hiring channels.
Talent Management:
- Identify talent (lateral potential, Upward Potentials) and fostered career planning and succession planning by catering to the learning needs, identifying rotational and growth opportunities.
- Monitored HR Analytics like Career Path Ratio, High-Performance Turnover rate, % new hires higher performers, % of high, average and low performers
- Leverage talent review process and succession plans to ensure development plan for top talent and hi potentials
- Devised skill development matrix and competency mapping for different positions; developed job descriptions to recruit for the skill gaps within the organization
Performance Management System:
- Drive the adoption of structured performance management system within the organization
- Monitored progress on goals; provided feedback and guidance to aid in uniform performance evaluation of the employees
- Led annual performance and appraisal process; facilitate the performance appraisal discussion and provided post appraisal guidance, feedback, and counseling to the employees
- Calibrate performance process in line with the bell curve and normalization rating
- Train the managers and employees on the performance management to drive the utilization of process
- Drive the workshops on leadership competency, Appraisal Dialogue, Goal Setting using Performance management system
