Our Client is an Europeon leading company on the renewable space,
As an HRBP, you will have local HR responsibility for managing all staff in and handling day-to-day HR issues and ensuring that all HR processes are implemented and followed up according to Company policies.
- Partner with line managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes and personnel issues:
- Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and talent management
- Support goal setting and performance management process
- Develop and implement plans for competence development on technical and behavioral areas esp. leadership development, communication etc.
- Support in building a culture of diversity and inclusion
- Develop robust processes in the area of recruitment and talent development
- Provide behavioral insights while assessing people's through skill and attitude through psychometric tests
- Support in organization survey and in building OD initiatives and Org. structure
- Drive and monitor engagement initiatives for the organization
- Ideate and create initiatives that take care of employee's well being & care
- Run Employee grievance redressal process
- Identify processes that can be automated in HR and support remote working, wherever applicably
- Should have a working knowledge of HR operations and labor compliances in India
