Client Details
Our client is a Big Global Conglomerate with a very strong presence in India including manufacturing unit, R&D Centre and trading arm. They are operating in various business lines globally and have a business size of more than 1200 crores in India. Owing to their growing business, they are looking to hire a HR Business partner for R&D business based in Bangalore.
Description :
Reporting into the Sr. Manager HR, you will be responsible for :
- Lead and manage end to end HR processes as a HR Business partner while supporting the Talent Acquisition, performance management, Talent Management, C&B etc. for 300 employees based in Bangalore
- Be an advisory for the technology business and work closely with leadership team and business heads with a team of 2 people
- Understand the business needs and ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance along with governance framework
- Design, develop and implement talent solutions in line with the business growth targets and objectives
- Ensuring strong adherence to the HR policies while identifying improvement opportunities and proactively attend to employee grievances
- Drive the communication agenda around Talent Management programs, L&D needs, building core leadership capabilities, performance management etc. to ensure smooth functioning of the R&D business
- Work closely with the other HR colleagues within the region to share the best practices and drive HR programs in partnership with APAC HR team
Profile :
As a successful applicant :
- You should have 8-10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in designing, executing and managing R&D/Technology/Analytics business only
- Role is based in Bangalore
- Strong exposure in Technology/R&D business preferably in a manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/chemical industry
- Should be comfortable with a matrix structure
- Strong at stakeholder management across levels and departments
- MBA (HR) is mandatory
- Should be strong at designing interventions and execution of the processes
- Should be hands on in handling HR with complete ownership
- Excellent communication skills, people management skill and a charismatic personality
