Manager - HR Business Partner & People Initiatives - Bank Captive

Captive technology center of a leading global Bank in Bangalore.

- This role is required to, as appropriate, create contribute drive and or support the increasing and various people-focused programmes and projects across Technology India (linked to Technology) globally including programmes such as; Annual Pay and Reward, Talent, Performance Management, Attrition Management, HR Systems, Learning, Organisation Design and track various parameters related to People Risk.

- Working collaboratively both across the Business and with HR SME's HR Business Partners, you will be managing a small self sufficient team and will be required to " lead from the front" utilising your expertise to both deliver individual goals and to deliver through others.
