Job Description: HRBP (OD) Manager

Location: Corporate Office, Bengaluru

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP (Organization Development) Manager to join our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational development initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnering:

a) Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.

b) Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.

Organization Development:

a) Design and implement OD initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

b) Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes and systems.

c) Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Talent Management:

a) Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent reviews, and career development programs.

b) Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving high performance.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

a) Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

b) Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Training and Development:

a) Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

b) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

a) Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

b) Prepare and present reports on HR metrics to senior leadership.

Compliance and Policy Management:

a) Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

b) Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Experience:

1) Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 7 years in an OD-focused role.

2) Proven track record of implementing successful OD initiatives in a corporate environment.

Skills and Competencies:

1) Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.

2) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

3) Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions.

4) Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.

5) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
