- MBA HR from premium management school with 10 -15 years of relevant HRBP experience at both plant & corporate office location in a manufacturing concern.

- Strong in HR Operations ,Compliance, Training, Pay Roll processing, Welfare, Employee Engagement, IR for Project based employees based at client location.

- Have managed both White & Blue collars employees 's End to End Employee Life cycle for company.

- Ensure operational excellence during all annual mega HR processes (increment, performance, development, succession)

- Drive employee engagement initiatives

- Execute training and development initiatives

- Develop succession pipeline
