About the role :&nbsp; - This role will be responsible for all HR practices and interventions for our Fulfillment and Manufacturing operations. A perfect fit will be someone with a deep understanding of managing blue colored employees and exposure to working with labour and compliance authorities.&nbsp; - This role will be out of our Fulfillment centre at Bidadi, hence comfort with that is important. Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Responsible for all labour and statutory compliance. &nbsp;- Responsible for ensuring all open positions being serviced within agreed timelines&nbsp; - Ensure effective deployment of end-to-end people processes including Performance Management, Reward &amp; Recognition, and employee engagement. &nbsp;- Responsible for proactively addressing all IR related issue.&nbsp; - Coordinate with Statutory authorities/ bodies &amp; timely filing/ submissions of returns proactively.&nbsp; - Foster and nurture a smooth Industrial relations climate by working closely with the ground team in ensuring right behaviors/ discipline.&nbsp; - Handling / dealing with employee complaints, grievances and resolve it timely/ proactively and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace
