Manager HRBP
As the Manager HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to company's leadership team, driving company's people strategy forward to support company's growth and success.
You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture while implementing HR initiatives that align with company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies to support their goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, employee relations, and career development.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes and policies.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR Management from a recognized Business school
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, in a fast pace environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.
