- Responsible for driving HR strategy to attract, retain and develop high-potential talent, and building a high performing culture with motivated employees contributing effectively to meet the company's overall business objectives
- Understand business models of the different functions, macroeconomic, socio-political and competitive landscape, and the company's overall business growth targets in the mid to long-term as well as immediate priorities; map the talent implications arising from these business dynamics
- Prepare engagement plan to connect with employees across all levels within the functions, including remotely based employees; Understand issues, do quick troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis for repeat/chronic issues and escalate the same to manager
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives to improve employee morale, drive recognition, enforce team culture, reduce attrition and raise productivity
- Prepare manpower projection plans in collaboration with Function Head; Participate in hiring process, Track cost for budget adherence and meeting cost
- Conduct exit interviews; analyse the same periodically, and prepare action plans in collaboration with Function Head
- Conduct Learning need identification and organize appropriate functional and behavioral training with support from central learning team
- Drive talent interventions in the function including fast tracking high potential, supporting career growth and movements, developing succession pipeline.
- Support and propel people manager and team behaviors in keeping with Organizational Values with specific focus on Diversity & inclusion
- Ability to undertake Strategic projects key to HR roadmap
