JOB Description :
1) Develop and Drive Annual Engagement Calendar for Sales & Corporate.
2) Plan, Propose and Lead the Sales Incentive and Reward and Recognition Program for Sales & Corporate.
3) Review of Sales Productivity, Sales to Cost Ratio and propose initiatives to enhance sales team productivity.
Review Headcount Demand in relation to Business Targets and finalize Manpower budget for the year in collaboration with Sales Director's and PBU Head's.
4) Communication of Yearly Performance Management Cycle, driver Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Performance Appraisal cycle.
5) Propose, review and control HR Budget for the year.
6) SPOC to Participate, Test and Collaborate with Team for Requirement
7) Drive Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and draw Action Plans basis survey results
8) Act as a custodian of all Company HR Policies and advise management for changes as and when required.
9) Advise management on new legislations in HR to plan mitigation for future.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead Talent Acquisition for Regular and Third Party Staff in Sales & Corporate for support functions (from releasing position, sourcing resumes, interview coordination, salary discussion, offer roll out, pre joining and post joining formalities, Induction). Campus Hiring for Sales Trainees at Pan India Level.
2. Preparing HR Dashboard, MIS and Reporting, Cost Provisions at Pan India Level for management's review on weekly, monthly basis after collecting data from Plant HR and Sales HR Teams.
3. Monthly Travel to Sales Offices for driving Business Partnering Initiatives
4. Reconciliation of Monthly inputs for Attendance, Payroll, GMC, GTL before submission.
5. Lead Annual ISO Audit and SOX Audit for HR Function for Corporate and Sales.
6. Grievance handling/Counselling employees as and when required. 9. Lead disciplinary proceeding in case of any violation of Rules of Service.
7. Plan, design and coordinate between Corporate, Sales Team and Plant based employees for events like Town halls, Strategy meets, Review Meetings.
