Job Description: - Strategic Contribution towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans with the specific focus on the achievement of mission and objectives. - Directs implementation of strategies and plans through the leadership of Strategy Team in-order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved and objectives are met. - Strategic Hiring, Manpower Budgeting & Business Partnering. - Sharing recruitment dashboard other MIS reports with the senior management and advising management in developing strategic plans on Organizational and staffing issues. - Establish and manage local relationships with external recruiting vendors and resources while developing greater enterprise capabilities for internal searches. - Collaborate regularly with global Business leaders and Talent Acquisition partners to ensure utilization of the most efficient/effective recruiting strategies. - Maintain competitive advantage in the local market to keep abreast of employment trends, opportunities and changes in regulations/laws, Market insights, Talent Mapping, Employer Branding. - Manage the design of Talent Management, Identifying high potential, Individual development plan conversation, Progression & Succession planning. - Preparation of guidelines for appraisal and drives Performance Management processes ensuring leaders are following through with the annual process. - Co-ordination with all departments to fix reasonable targets for each Employee - Ensure smooth Annual Appraisal system. Compilation of data to ensure high-quality Calibration and pay for performance Key requirements : - Should have strong knowledge of HR aspects. - Should have good business acumen. - Should possess excellent communication skills. - Must have the problem-solving ability.
