Manager - HR Business Partner - KPO

Business Partner HR role with a risk management solutions company based out of Noida.

We are looking for 7-9 yrs of experience with MBA HR from premier B-schools.

Job description as follows:

- Role includes Business Partnering, Strategic Projects, Manpower Planning, Budgeting, costing, Comp Surveys, Incentive Plans, Recruitment, Emp Engagement, Talent Management and Field HR at Circle.

- Handle Manpower Planning for Budget Planning and AOP finalization.

- Finalizing Org Structures of Functions Nationally for Optimum utilization of resources and processes

- Productivity levels monitoring and HR planning as part of Biz HR.

- Project Management related to HR Ops.

Candidates with compensation & benefits experience will be preferred.

Candidates with full time MBA from premier B-School batches 2004-2007 need only apply.
