- Enhance the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse and effectively executing/ assessing effectiveness of employee connect activities
- Maintaining Synchronized Global HR Service Delivery framework, act as a culture & change agent.
- Raise the talent bar by driving T&D interventions (especially on soft skills) across geographies
- Actively contribute in creating a positive work culture by driving Fun@Work, Rewards & Recognition Programs and effective grievance handling, with a focus on building effective retention strategies for the organization
- Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team; facilitating the completion of team goals
