Manager - HRBP (B2B SaaS Product Organization)

Location: Gurgaon

Work from Office: 5 days work from office

Reporting to AVP - HR

Team Size: 3 members

Role & responsibilities:

- Must have worked in the IT Product Industry

- Min 7 years in human resource business partnering role for a large span of employees

- Managed employee relations processes like, statutory compliances, insurance, payroll, rewards, and recognition.

- Worked for improving performance and relationship between employee and management

- Employee engagement , attrition performance , HR policy and manpower analysis

- Prepare various HR-related reports on a monthly basis.

- Will be providing feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function.
