Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a manager - HRBP. The manager - HRBP will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, developing and implementing HR policies, managing human resources (HR), handling employee relations, understanding labor and employment law, and managing performance.

Qualifications

- Very good at talent management.

- Must have prior experience in stakeholder management.

- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and managing HR

- Experience managing employee relations and performance

- Advanced degree in HR or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
