This opportunity is with one of our clients which is a Fintech MNC, providing global software technology solutions and services in financial sector. The company has global presence across 14 countries & 1300+ workforce.

Job Location : Mumbai

Shift Timing : 1PM-10PM

Job Description:

- As an HR Business Partner, you join an HR team of 7 people in India as part of an international HR team spread over 4 continents from Boston to Hong Kong via Mumbai, London and Paris. For a perimeter of about 400 employees, you participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, according to the objectives predefined by the management.

- Your role will be to support managers daily in understanding human issues and developing their teams. Through your knowledge of the challenges and your proximity to the business, you anticipate the HR solutions necessary to support the growth of company's activities.

- You also support and advise managers in the management of teams and produce regular reports (data insights) to show the progress of actions or the benefits of these.

- In general, you will deploy group HR processes locally, taking into account the specificities of legislation and local culture, in a logic of alignment and harmonization. Finally, you will participate in more global group HR projects, often with an international dimension such as the implementation of a global HRIS and the definition and implementation of succession plans.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure the smooth running of the integration by collecting the various feedback from recruits, mentors and managers.

- Work closely with management to understand, anticipate and propose solutions to the resource and skills needs of teams, including succession plans

- Monitor and advise on the state of the market regarding the availability of certain profiles in coordination with recruitment

- Be the privileged point of contact for employees and managers by providing local HR management: listening, advice, management of possible conflicts, etc.

- Advise employees on career development and management strategies and policies, learning and development opportunities, career monitoring and evolution, Finding the balance between the individual and collective approach.

- Support current and future HR changes (tools, processes, culture, organization, etc.) driven at Group level and / or internationally.

- Implement the Group's HR policy and ensure compliance with HR processes (integration, salary review, performance and professional interviews, etc.)

- Work on transversal projects within the Group in synergy with the HR team.

- Actively contribute to the quality of the social climate and the Top Employer work environment

- Communicate regularly internally and externally, in partnership with the Communication team, to develop the company's culture and employer brand

- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the employee experience.

- Coordinate the implementation of actions, with the various stakeholders, to create a unique People experience.

- Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested

- Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience to the employee and giving orientation and communicating the company policies and procedures via induction programs

- Responding to employee enquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and managing employee lifecycle in the organization

- Be responsible for the implementation of the HR and People Management strategies, policies and processes

- Provides advice in relation to all HR matters and ensure all activities are aligned in accordance with the company culture

Profile Description :

- You like to juggle between different missions. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a developed listening ability. You know how to adapt your speech to any type of audience and create a climate of trust with the teams.

- Flexible and proactive, you also have knowledge of human resources and social law, applicable in companies. You have a knowledge of HR software and a good mastery of office tools. Autonomous, you are organized and rigorous. You are comfortable both written and spoken in professional English.

- You are data-oriented and use HR data to be able to support the solutions offered to the business.

- You have a minimum of 7 years' experience and a master's degree in HR. Experience in an IT company in an international context is a plus.
