Manager - HR Business Partner - IT

Hi, One of our IT client is looking for Manager HRBP

Location - Mumbai, Lower Parel

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

- Responsible for end to end HR function for 200+ employee strength

- The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including on boarding of new employees, employee relations, grievances handling, training and development, performance & talent management, recruitment oversight, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs

- 5 Days working role

Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of functional HR

- Presentable

- Communication Proficiency

- Minimum 7 - 10 years' relevant experience

- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
