Manager - HR Business Partner - IT (7-10 yrs)
The HRBP is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes like; digital/automation of process, which will work towards improving efficiency and enhancing employee experience, and achieving strategic organizational goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, change management, and a strong focus on project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation within the HR function.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Ensure all HR projects adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with leadership team, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with the defined objectives.
- Develop and execute Employee branding and organization positioning in Digital Platform.
- Work closely with Stakeholders and Recruitment team in building "University connect" program to develop talent pipeline.
- Along with HRBP increase engagement with AMETEK Business Unit leadership to become future ready.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to development organization to expand with succession planning.
- Drive Diversity and inclusion and CSR activities
- A preferred candidate must have demonstrated the below Knowledge, Skills, Abilities;
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and business literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive and adapt in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to set high ethical & personal goals and work independently
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues
