- Providing comprehensive support to business Unit Heads
- Acting as a Strategic lead to the BU heads and Leadership teams
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with global teams across various regions
- Supports the sourcing of relevant information regarding internal and external trends and best in class HR practices
- Understands the business issues, promote the role of training and development and the tools available to facilitate the development of people with support from senior HR people.
- Strategic thinker & implementer for supporting the Key leadership teams to achieve their goals
Position Requirements :
- Professional (university level) HR qualification or equivalent.
- Evidence in providing support and advice to key decision makers on operational HR activities
- Prior exposure of dealing with cross cultural/ global teams
