Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business teams to deliver a people strategy that meets current and future business objectives at a Global Level, experience of driving people practises for APAC, CEMEA, SEA

- Work with hiring team to develop and execute recruitment strategies which identify top calibre talent at all levels across technology

- Strengthen/Streamline current HR processes and Policies, introduce key programs and initiative in the areas like employee engagement, talent management, end to end performance management, learning and development

- Should have hands on experience in HR digitization and HR Automation projects like HRMS implementation

- Should be adept at HR Analytics and experience in delivering HR Dashboard for tracking key metrics and ensuring data-based decisions

- Should be well versed with employee life cycle process including managing HR Ops and Payroll

- Influence organizational change, with a focus on development, retention, and engagement. Ability to analyse data and insights to drive action.

- Encourage behaviours that create an inclusive environment, with equal opportunities for all.

- Lead a culture of wellbeing, driving key initiatives which improve personal health across the company.

- Approach people issues with confidentiality, fairness, consistency and compassion.

- Inspire and grow an ambitious People team, fostering an environment of best-in-class employee experiences.

- Curating performance management framework

Experience:

- Prior experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP in a mid-sized organisation

- Prior experience in BFSI or Fintech industry is preferred

- Experience with HR Management Software (e.g., ATS, HRMS etc.)

- Should be hands on, highly driven, result oriented and collaborative in outlook

- Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations

- Excellent leadership skills

- Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations

- Proficient in English

- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

- Exceptional management and organizational skills

- Master's degree in organizational psychology, Human Resources or a relevant field
