The incumbent will:
- Drive seasoned HRBP activities for a growing set of businesses with focus on processes like performance management, compensation, drive organization building, engagement, coaching managers and partner in the people strategy of the business
- Partner with all HR stakeholders to collate data insights, work on cross functional projects, partner on organization level people initiatives
- Navigate through employee concerns, bring in futuristic HR best practices based on changing talent landscape
- Provide consultation and guidance to business groups to enable implementation of key HC interventions
- Serve as a trusted advisor and be the primary point of contact to business line executives and provide support to leadership team
- Assess training needs and partner with L&D team to deliver on these requirements
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve organization goals
