Oversee and manage senior stakeholder visits for the Business Unit related to HR
Ensure compliance to all specified controls; conduct checks and attestation processes
Deliver excellent Management Information
Ensuring the Attrition levels are in control
Provides leadership to HRBP teams and related functions
Set and communicate common business goals and objectives for HRBP team and assist Business in setting goals including business goals
Develop long term HR goals within own business area to align with the organizations vision.
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
The business partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. The partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.For some time the role will involve resourcing as well
Looking for MBA,HR with 6-8 years of exp. should have worked in a HRBP role.
