About the job
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. He provides value-added human resource services to the Manufacturing Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement HR transformation projects
- Manage employee engagement & improvement processes & act as the SPOC in Human Resources for any employee relations issues
- Plan and implement new employee orientation/onboarding to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives
- Design, plan and implement HR process and system by conducting market benchmark
- Provide proactive, appropriate, risk-weighted inputs to senior management on effective resolution of ER matters
- Implement strategies to increase employee retention and improve productivity.
- Review and update existing policies & procedures and ensure its compliance in all HR aspects
- Redefine the employee experience through digital transformation and its continual digital evolution
- Facilitate Learning & Development
- Handle cases of performance, disciplinary issues and implementation of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Qualifications
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR
- 4 - 7 years of experience in HR
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
