Reporting - Global Group Head HR
Responsibilities:
- Promote HR policies implemented in Indian plant in line with Group's guideline, and build localization of HR management system, policy and procedure.
- Formulate HR strategies and plan in line with the business unit's management and development, and organize to perform HR activities.
- Create and execute the entire employee lifecycle activities, including recruiting, training, ER, compliance, performance management and C&B, etc.
- Partner with business units, understand the needs of business unit's needs, provide solution and convert them into relevant HR actions.
- Take responsibility to develop and manage local HR department.
- Report to Group regularly, perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Develop HR policy and procedures.
2. Manage employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, training, employee relationship, compliance, performance management, payroll, C&B, etc.
3. Perform organization inventory regularly, manage organization structure, responsibility description of departments and positions from time to time.
4. Drive implementation of Group HR program and policy in Indian plant.
5. Identify and understand business needs, provide valuable information reference for organizational development and optimization, and provide professional advice and solution.
6. Analyze HR data and output reports, report to Group HR team timely and regularly.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the superior
Education: At least full time Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc.
Working Experience:
1. Must have 15 years of experience with Minimum 5 years of experience in Manager or above level in HR functions.
2. Both MNC & local enterprise background, experience working with global teams is preferable
3. Large Equipment Manufacturing Industry background is a must, like heavy machinery, automobile.
4. Stability, 2 experiences of working for at least 3 years.

1. Knowledge of HR and Business Management
2. Familiar with labor law and statutory obligations
Skill:
1. Strong ability at methods, tools and analytics in multiple areas of HR
2. Good communication skill in English
3. Communication skill in Chinese (spoken/listen) is a plus
