Only Candidates with regular MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 institute having relevant experience in HRBP of 5-7 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Partner with respective business heads to determine the HR support required and lead delivery of HR process and systems.

- Partner with the business heads w.r.t talent requirements in terms of structure, headcount and budgets and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for acquiring good talent as per the stipulated timelines.

- Co-ordinate with Commercial Excellence and L&D for on-boarding of new employees and assist managers to plan and review of performance during the probation.

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies towards driving performance systems to have performance driven culture

- Co-ordinate with lead business and functional teams for focused interventions and systems implementation.

- Support/ Assist business in training need identification and coordinate with Learning & Development vertical to deliver the plan.

- Address queries related to compensation and benefits and collaborate with Compensation & Benefit team to bring proposed changes and implement best practices in the system.

- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational development initiatives

- Manage employee life cycle process - Performance Management Process, Compensation, Benefits administration, Career progression and so forth.

- Take actions against disciplinary issues and address employee grievances with help of Employee Relations team.

- Collaborate with TA, L&D, C&B and Employee relations to implement best practices for the commercial/ functional teams.

- Ensure field work to provide feedback & recommendations to strengthen Business HR interface and for planning interventions.

- Maintain MIS data and share HR analytics as and when required

- Ensure effective & timely representation before various labor authorities in all ongoing labour issues.

- Coordinate and work with ER head of EPD India and external legal counsel / external advocates in effective management of all ER / Labor matters.
