Purpose of the role:
- Collaborates with the assigned businesses / functions to deliver HR strategy and people practise implementations.
KRA's :
- Develop and implement customized HR strategic initiatives for the assigned business.
- Collaborate with the Business / Function leader towards the development of Business strategy for the assigned business.
- Drive identification and delivery of Organization Development (OD) initiatives
- Devise and guide execution of communication strategy for roll-out of OD Interventions
Ideal Candidate : 5+ years of experience with a FTMBA.
