KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Talent Acquisition - Direct the organization's recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.Responsible for smooth integration of new joinees in to organization

2,Compensation & Benefits - Design and implement the organization's compensation and benefit programs to meet the organization's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness- . Implement performance management cycle & salary increment

3. L & D - Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees. Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned requirements of the organization.Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs so skills and performance of employees meet the organization's requirements.

4. Employee Engagement - To monitor effective implementation of Employee Engagement calendar

5. Strategy formulation - Work with VP HR for strategizing new initiatives & implementation

6. Policies - Existing policies modification, implementation and roll out of new policies

7. Talent management - Lead the talent management process, identification & retention of talent. Lead succession planning across organization

8. Business Partner - Work as a Business partner for Markets functions / field employees and work as a HR Lead for Coimbatore and Chandigarh Office

9. Reward & Recognition - Lead the Reward & Recognition program for Staff employees, annual R & R selection and organising the Award function

10. MIS -To maintain MIS such as attrition, HR Metrics & sugggest improvement measures

- Support VP in preparation of various presentation required for meetings

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Quantitative Qualitative :

1. To maintain - Hiring lead time of 45 days 1. Hiring quality candidates

2. 100% Completion of employee engagement calender

3. Training mandays - 4 days per employee
