Job Description :
- Talent Acquisition : Responsible for recruitment activities for multiple location and across the all levels, Social Media Hiring & cost effective Hiring, Instrumental in hiring through campus program every year for Company. Responsible for finalization & Control the Manpower Budget.
- HR Strategy, Organization Development and Change Management: Creation of HR roadmap for the organization and kick-starting strategic HR initiatives. Effectively designed & implemented comprehensive HR Policy & Process Manual across the organization and aligning the process with Head office working along with the leadership team
- Connecting HR with the Business : Contributing to formulation and implementation of Business Unit HR Strategy. Strong connect with overall resources.
- Employee Engagement & Communication : Implementing effectively employee regular engagement program Ensuring resolution of employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations. Periodically conducting employee engagement survey for the organization and based on result formulate & implemented the action plan. Operational support to employee, event management, reward and recognition, responsible for effective employee communication
- Employee Connects : - Conducting - All Hands- and Round table sessions to increase employee connects and make HR a - go-to- person / team. Used this forum to share business updates, recent wins, and acquisitions and collect employee feedback / pulse from the ground.
- Performance Management System : Facilitate Performance Appraisal Cycle, Complete Annual Goal Setting exercise, Ensure standardization of goals in each group, Support central PMS team on appraisal reports and other important data.
- Compensation and benefit : Overall responsible for Salary Management and Payroll of respective business.
