Position: Manager-HR Business Partner (Finance Shared Services Centre of Leading MNC Company)
Roles & Responsibilities
- This is an HR Business Partner role which involves understanding the business and its nuances in order to engage and to ensure smooth implementation of HR programs/initiatives aligned with the business requirements for Finance Shared Service employees
- To understand and implement various HR People processes and manage employee data/lifecycle management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support and create an effective manpower planning process to ensure that managers are able to critically assess their current & future manpower needs & provide proper justifications for hiring of new or replacement positions.
- Driving end to end recruitment within Finance Shared Service
- Partner with the departments for defining and delivering on-boarding plan for all new joiners. Carry out smooth onboarding- including - joining formalities, induction plan, logistics etc.
- Understand and address employee issues, grievances through regular interactions and connects.
- Support the annual performance review and periodic employee connect processes.
- Drive Engagement initiatives - reward & recognition, programs beyond work encouraging fun-filled work environment that facilitates interactions across the team
- Facilitating implementation of Performance Review System, address employee queries on PRDMS, provide support to HR Manager for execution for Compensation and Benefits Cycle, Capability Building interventions.
- Drive learning and development initiatives and ensure effective implementation of the training programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and retain good talent within the organization.
- Drive HR enhancement initiatives / projects and ensure effective communication to employees through HR initiatives.
- Be an employee champion and proactively understand/ resolve work-related challenges and issues of employees to enhance employee experience.
- Initiate and manage change within the department as required and be an ambassador to represent HR point of view in relevant conversation/ discussions/forums.
- Be an ambassador for Human Resources and represent HR point of view in relevant conversations/ discussions/ forums.
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Post - Graduate in Human Resource Management/ MBA (HR)
- 4 to 6 Years of Relevant Experience as an HR Business Partner is a good process oriented company
