Our client is one of the world's leading fast-food corporations.

Role - HRBP

1. Business / Strategic

- Defining and Creation of Business HR Roadmap.

- Work with functional leaders to understand their business objectives and create HR Solutions for them.

- Drive adaptation of HR frameworks, processes and tools in RSC to create an open and transparent work environment.

- Design people initiative to drive engagement and retention for corporate teams. Build strong Connect by running a holistic employee connect program and design and implement actions required

- Manage employee relations through expertise on employment policies and practices.

2. Customer/People

- Implement HR Policies, programs and processes in a timely, consistent and effective manner to provide employees with an attractive and conducive workplace.

- Driving the flawless execution of all people related programs and initiatives throughout the (corporate) customer groups.

- Drive the Diversity Agenda for the brand.

- Elevate the people Capability at RSC through various Interventions.

- Ensure New Joinees are integrated with our client's culture through a consistent & comprehensive Onboarding program.

- Ensure record keeping and feedback analysis of on boarding as well as exit processes and ensuring that the feedbacks are ploughed back into the system.

- Drive effective Internal Communication.

- Be custodian of Great Place to Work survey.

- Partner with Learning team to identify development needs for all functions and share information with Learning team.

3. Process

- Drive statutory compliance on People Processes at Corporate office (RSC).

- Facilitate and Recommend rectifications based on identified risks/ best practices.

- Work with the Finance Team on matters related to payroll for new joinees and exiting employees.

- Lead the Performance Management Agenda for the brand

- Drive Performance Appraisal of Employees in coordination with the supervisors.

- Drive IDP (Individual Development Plans) Discussions between the employees and their supervisors.

- Rewards

- Lead the compensation and benefits agenda for the brand in India. Own the mid-year and year end performance appraisal process for on role and off role employees

- Participate in benchmarking exercises, recommend, and implement the changes in pay ranges, compensation structures, retention programs and other rewards interventions in alignment with global norms, org strategy, govt norms and market practice

- Lead end to end agenda for BPC (Business Planning Continuity) Cycle

The suitable candidate must have:

1. 5 to 8 years of work experience as HRBP

2. Strong exposure in the performance management system

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

4. Ability to drive conversations with senior stakeholders within the business
